This job involved the provision of a new health centre combining three number surgeries along with a new Pharmacy. The works involved re-modelling an area of ground once used as the local council Garden Nursery. Due to the nature of the area being of natural outstanding beauty the works involved a design that ensured the building made minimum impact upon the surrounding environment and a BREEAM excellent was a requirement, The initial works involved a large muck shift operation, followed by a traditional construction build with a mixture of finishes externally, a sedum finish roof was another design element to help fit within the existing environment.

Worked upon a development of the old Calor Gas Site just off Oil Sites Road in Ellemere Port. This involved the demolition of an array of existing buildings. The construction of three buildings, Office and Welfare Building, Street Scene and Operations Building and a Waste Seperation Building. Working in conjunction with Balfour Beatty Regional.

This project involved the refurbishment of the existing ground floor of Liverpool Innovation Park and provide new office facilities along with a central entrance area. Works also involved the demolition of the existing surrounding Car Park once heavily engineered for articulated vehicles, provide two new car park areas and new frontal entrance area which combined with the internal central area.

This project was to provide a steel frame structure clad and floored with a weld mesh grill finish, this was to provide a facility for the Fire Service to train with fire’s caused with oil. The project also provided a pre cast concrete facility to provide a car park collapse situation. Both buildings had to incorporate into the existing training facilities, cost £300,000 and was fully complete within six weeks.
